One of the largest deposits of granite suitable for grinding, for the production of sand for mortar, as well as high-quality concrete, is for sale. It is located on the East coast of Uruguay, halfway between Montevideo and Punta del Este, and surrounded by 504 hectares of eucalyptus forest and lakes.

• It consists of two mining titles granted for 30 years, renewable, for 504 hectares.

• It is located at the core of one of the largest consumption areas anticipated for the next decade, halfway between Montevideo and Punta del Este.

• It is a quarry of granitic and gneissic rocks. The deposit combines materials that vary gradually, starting with the deeply seated healthy rock, to the disintegrated earth on the surface (tufa, ballast, concrete, high-quality concrete).

• From a practical point of view, the limitless volumes that are found in its depth vary not only vertically but also horizontally.
